Countdown to Christmas

Last year, my mother in law introduced E to the Santa Beard countdown to Christmas. She supplied him with the printable, cotton balls, and a glue stick.

When she came over this weekend, the Santa Beard was with her. E immediately remembered it from last year and was excited to start it again. Poor thing didn’t understand that he had to wait a few days.

In true mom fail fashion, I had no cotton balls in the house so he had to wait another day to glue his cotton balls on.

I had to explain again that you don’t glue all the cotton balls on in one day! We have one very excited little boy!

If you want your own printable Santa Beard, head on over to Organized Home!

How do you countdown to Christmas?

  1. that is one of the cutest things i have ever seen. we just do the lame old green & red paper chain, haha! okay, kidding lame for me, not the boys :)

  2. Thats cute! I have never seen that idea before.

  3. Love it! I need one of these for my guy.

  4. Very cute!

  5. What an awesome idea and what a totally excited little face!

  6. We are doing the same project! I’ve opted to let 3 or 4 days go by before we put the cotton balls on. That seems to appease C’s need to add multiple pieces of the beard in one sitting. Plus, I don’t feel bad if I forget to do the project one day!
