Even though he is only in Pre-K, back to school has surely taken an effect on E. No more free play. No more outdoor water play. No more doing whatever he wants. It means curriculum. It means learning. It means he comes home tired!
After a nice nap in the afternoon, the first words out of my boy’s mouth is “My belly’s starving!” All that learning and hard work at school is working up an appetite!
One of our family’s favorite snacks is pretzels. We always, always have pretzels in the house, on the kitchen hutch, accessible to everyone at any time. If there are no pretzels in the house, it’s a tragedy {I’m not lying}. Recently, Snyder’s of Hanover and Lance Sandwich Crackers sent me a Back to School Crunch Time package filled with pretzels of all shapes and sizes and a variety of sandwich crackers. Lance Sandwich Crackers an Snyder’s of Hanover pretzels are both wholesome snack options for kids and parents, especially during the chaotic “crunch time” between school and dinner.
While grabbing a handful of pretzels can be a quick and easy snack, sometimes you want a little more.
I did a little digging and found a plethora of creative pretzel snack ideas! You know I am all about sharing so here are my favorites.
