I am busy printing out worksheets to keep Ethan busy in case when we lose power! If you are in our situation and preparing for Hurricane Sandy, I thought I would share some printables I found!
5 Printables to Pass the Time During a Hurricane
1. All About Me -We already busted this one out and it helped pass a good chunk of time. It also helped Ethan work on writing his letters and numbers!
2. Pre-K Packs - Over the Big Moon has a ton of Pre K packs to print out. Ethan loves doing these. The work on letter and number recognition, pre-writing, and scissor work.
3. Coloring Pages - Disney Jr. has some of our favorite printable coloring pages!
4. Mazes - Ethan is obsessed with doing mazes {and is pretty good at it, too!}. I printed a bunch of these to keep him busy!
5. Treasure Map – What kid doesn’t like to play Pirates? I know mine does! When the power goes out, hide a favorite toy and draw a map to find the treasure! I can see this occupying him for a while.
