I got one of the best Christmas presents every this year: touch screen gloves! I never understood just how great they were until I found myself in New York City on a blistering cold day. When I didn’t have to take my gloves off to find the nearest Starbucks on my cell phone, my fingers thanked me. I didn’t have to risk frostbite to find me a cup of hot java! I also got them just in time to use with my new HTC One X+. {A new phone? Finally! More on that later.}
I know I am not the only one who has experienced frozen fingers because they just can’t stop themselves from snapping that all important picture to post on Instagram. I know I am not alone, people! To help you avoid freezing your digits off, I found 3 great Touch Screen Gloves and 1 alternative pair of gloves that just happen to be a personal favorite.
Geeky Winter Style: Touch Screen Gloves
1. Texting Gloves: These are very similar to the ones I received as a Christmas gift. They are inexpensive enough to have a few pairs stashed in your car, your jackets, and your purse.
2. Isotoner Fleece Lined Touch Screen Gloves: These are my to-buy list. You can’t go wrong with Isotoner. Another plus? They are lined with fleece so you know your fingers aren’t going to get cold!
3. Touch Screen Compatible Gloves: If you are looking for a colorful glove, this set of 2 is perfect for you! They even come in kid sizes.
4. Convertible Gloves: I have about 3 pairs of gloves like these. They are not only great for using your cell phone but they also come in handy when I am taking pictures outside in the cold.
What does your geeky winter style look like?
Disclosure: The HTC One X+ is provided by HTC in support of their #TroopOneX blogger campaign. All opinions are my own.

Those convertible gloves look comfy! I am not sure I would like the pads on the tips of my fingers with the other ones…maybe, though!
I love my convertible gloves but the pads really don’t bother me. You can’t really feel them.
Princess Nagger and I were just talking the other day about needing to get some of those convertible gloves – I keep waffling between those and the touch screen ones…I’m thinking convertible might be the better option. I wish I could pull of wearing the cool Wolf hat she has – I think I’d just look dorky whereas she looks cute!
I found a pair of the convertible gloves at Target AND got them for a good price. I forget which brand they are, but they were missing the price tag. The Target employee rang them up as Target brand saving me about $5 to $10. I was a bit worried about getting cold especially this week, though they’ve been great.
I love #2! But living with #4 right now… great – until you get frozen from needing to use the fingers
I really want to buy the Isotoners. Maybe for my birthday!
I got 2 pairs of these this Christmas as well and I just love them, they really do work!
Those gloves look cool! I hate having gloves that won’t touch the screen haha.
