Medifast Update: Week 4

In an effort to help make the Medifast plan easy for me, I organized all of my food this week. Before I just kept them in the boxes and had to dig through the boxes to get what I wanted. Now, it looks like this…

I grabbed the bins at the Dollar Store and had the labels left over from BlogHer ’12 {thanks Martha!}. Having my Medifast food organized like this makes its so easy to grab and go. And also? Stay on plan!

I gained. 0.5 lbs, but it’s a still a gain. It is the TOTM {time of the month} so that could have something to do with it. I am hoping next week will be a nice little drop in the scale!

  3. You are WAY more organized than me. haha

    You seem like you are doing great! Last year I lost a TON of weight on Nutrisystem… Same basic idea as Medifast. Whenever I hit a plateau or had a gain, I just kept at it and stayed even more vigilant about what I ate. The scale moves eventually :-)
