A few weeks ago, I did something that I thought I would never do again. I joined a gym. I just had to do something! I was hating how I was feeling and I knew if I just got my body moving, I would start to feel better.
Another thing I’ve been doing, making some swaps in my diet! Not cutting things out completely but swapping out not so good for me things for a better choice.

- Throw it all into a blender and voila! You have yourself a smoothie.
