2016 Year in Review
At the end of each year, I love to look back on the best posts of the year. It’s a great way for me to see what you like to read and I can take a walk down memory lane.
I can’t believe it’s time to do this already. I feel like I just wrote 2015’s post yesterday! The year flew by so fast. 2017 isn’t even here yet and I already feel like it’s moving so fast!
2016 YEAR IN REVIEW
January
Every January, millions of people vow to get organized. In January, I started my Plan with Me series. I kicked off the series by sharing how I use my Erin Condren Life Planner.
February
Every February, I head to New York City for Toy Fair! I love seeing what is coming out this year and finding out the hottest trends, like Top Tech.
March
In March, I shared about my youngest’s struggle with Asthma and how we handle it, especially when it comes to sports.
April
In April, I flew out to LA and hung out with my friend, Tiffani Thiessen where she taught me how to make Affogatos. Life changing moment!
May
May was all about being outside and the boys and I created these fun glow-in-the-dark backyard games!
June
Because we like to spend a lot of time outside during the summer, we have to keep the bugs away! I made these Bug Repellent Mason Jars that kept us bug free all summer.
July
July was all about Blogger Bash and the experiences! It’s something I look forward to every year and can’t wait for Blogger Bash 2017.
August
In August, I created this yummy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Banana Bread that has been a staple in our house every since!
September
September was all about Back to School! The boys and I went on a major shopping spree to get them a Back to School wardrobe.
October
There was a lot of talk about the election in October…including with the kids! Instead of brushing off their questions, we engaged them in learning about the election process.
November
My all-time favorite recipe went up in November. This Overnight Cinnamon Roll French Toast bake is the most amazing thing I have ever made. Hands down!
December
December is all about baking in our family! A family favorite? Rolo Cookie Cups!
