Bacon Cheddar Skillet Cornbread
Bacon and cheddar, load this cornbread up with a salty, sharp, and smoky flavor that contrasts against the sweet and moist cornbread.

I swear this winter weather is never going to leave us. Thanks a lot Phil! Since it doesn’t look like we are going to be headed to Spring any time soon, I am trying to embrace it.
That means lots of warm, winter comfort foods like chili and soup. Nothing warms you more than a hot bowl of soup on a cold winter day. Especially when you are curled up next to your special someone.
While I have made homemade soup in the past, sometime you don’t have time for that. You need something quick and easy. Like when you are trying to sneak in a date night after the kids are finally in bed.
Idahoan® Steakhouse® Soups give you the flavorful, slow-cooked taste of restaurant-quality soup at home, in just five minutes. Idahoan® Steakhouse® Soups bring together real, red Idaho® potatoes with flavorful seasonings and rich cheeses to provide a creamy taste in every spoonful – all you have to do is add water.
Idahoan® Steakhouse® Soups are available in four delicious varieties: Loaded Potato, Creamy Potato, Cheddar Broccoli and Cheddar Potato so there is something for everyone! My personal favorite is the loaded potato!
And let me be honest with you! I was pleasantly surprised!
If you are really trying make a great night in with your significant other, add this Bacon Cheddar Cornbread to bulk up your meal. The cornbread can bake in the oven while you are heating your Idahoan® Steakhouse® Soup on the stove top. Put the kids to bed, pop in a movie, and have a warm and cozy date night. You deserve it!
