Last week I received a late birthday present from the hubster…a mini-Keurig
!!!! I have been saying for months how I wanted one.
With the new baby coming, we are trying to find small ways to cut our spending. Unfortunately, my trips to Starbucks had to be one of them. When I figured it out, I was going 2-3 times a week. At $4-$5 {and sometimes more if I picked up breakfast} a trip, that easily adds up {$780/year!}.
Enter the Keurig.
It’s quick, fast, and soooo good! So far, I have tried the Cafe Mocha
, the Donut Shoppe
, and the Breakfast Tea
. Hands down, the Breakfast tea is a big favorite of mine {and the hubster!}.
To help my committment to not buy my coffee out anymore, I picked up this cute ceramic travel mug from Home Goods for only $3.99!! I am going back to get another one. I love it!

Love the mug. I can't count the number of times I've tried to cut out Starbucks. But I never seem to resist for long…am drinking it as I type this. sigh.
LOVE my Keurig!!!! Hubby got me one for Christmas….I think he loves it more than me!!
Do you prefer tea over coffee? We have a water supply place where we can them individually (which s AWESOME). Enjoy!!!
I received a Keurig at Christmas time and don't know how I survived without it. Definately saving lots of money too! Oh and that mug is too cute!
We got our Keurig for a wedding shower gift, and it's one of, if not the, most used gifts we have ever gotten!
BB&B has the largest selection of K-Cups, hands down. Kitchen & Co has a decent selection too. Macy's has them too, but not a huge selection. If you use a coupon, though, and while they are on sale, you can get them for a really good price!
If you are a member at BJs or Costco, you can get the big boxes of the popular cups- like Donut Shop (I like Shop better than House)- 80 cups for a great price.

My favorites are the Hot Apple Cider mix, the Dark Hot Chocolate, the Coffee Shop, and the Butter Toffee with Mocha creamer- yummy!! My sister says the Chai tea is really good, too. I also liked the Sweet Iced Tea one. Mango tea is yummy too! And they also have a Kahlua one that I have heard is really good 🙂
The other thing you need to get is the My K-Cup. It allows you to put whatever coffee into the washable cup, and use your Keurig for whatever you want!
I LOVE my Keurig!!
