- 2 bags Super Lucky Elephant Thai Hom Mali Jasmine Rice, cooked
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1/2 cup lime juice, about 4 limes
- cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Super Lucky Elephant Thai Hom Mali Jasmine Rice according to package (in microwave for 90 seconds).
- Add cooked jasmine rice, black beans, and lime juice to skillet. Cook until black beans are warm.
- Garnish with cilantro.
