Clippin’ Coupons: Part 1

This post is long over due. But I just have to share the great deals I got last week. Part 2 will consist of the deals that I plan getting this week.

Deal #1: Giant

Kellog’s Cereal – 4/$6 plus 2 coupons for $1/2 Frosted Flakes
Total Before Coupons: $6
Savings: $2
Total after Coupons: 4/$4 – I think this is a great price for cereal! The price of cereal is insane!

Deal #2: Target

Pamper’s Cruisers: $9.99 plus 1/$1.50 and 1/$2 off coupons – $16.48 for 2 packs
Quaker Products – Buy any 5 Quaker products and get a $5 gc. I had a really hard time with this promotion. Signs were not marked clearly and it didn’t give me my $5 gc. So, I took back 3 items and only kept 2. I did call Corporate and complained so we’ll see if that gets me anything. BUT I did use a $1/2 coupon. I think it cost me $3 for the Cereal and Chewy Bars.
Pop-Secret Popcorn – $1/2 coupon stacked with $1/1 Target Coupon – $3.00
Total Savings: $6.50
Total after Savings: $22.48

Deal #3: Rite-Aid

Almay Pure Blend Cosmetics – BOGO plus $5 rebate with the purchase of 2 Almay products – $13.99
Total Savings (with Rebate): $8.99

Deal #4: CVS (I saved the best for last!)

Ok I got a ton of great deals at CVS. So many that I can’t remember them! I do know I got the Maybelline Foundation Free after Rebates. I’ll just go ahead and give the totals.
Original Total: $53.60
$5 register coupon
Tons of maufacturer coupons
$18 in Rebates
Total Out of Pocket: $12.67! And I got $18 in rebates back! w00t! w00t!
