Cookie Jar DIY
‘Tis the season for gift giving! Are you looking for a new way to show your appreciation and gratitude this holiday season?
Sometimes you have to think beyond the expensive gifts and think more personally. Especially when you are trying to come up with a gift for someone who is hard to shop for.
One of the easiest gifts you can put together is a personalized jar. There are so many ways you can use a jar for a gift. For example, for Dad or golf fan, you can fill a jar with golf balls, tees, and a gift card for a round of golf!
When I was trying to come up with a gift idea for my sister, I was really stuck. Sure, I could have gotten her another bracelet or a gift card but we wanted to give her something special. Something personal. Every year, my boys buy her boxes and boxes of her favorite cookies, gingersnaps. So we decided to give her a personal cookie jar just for her gingersnaps.
I was able to snag a glass cookie jar at Michael’s for under $10! I already had a black paint pen and just needed to print out the saying. For less than $10 and in under an hour, we had the perfect gift for her!
