What do you do when the weather gets colder and you’ve been stuck in the house with the kids days on end? You invite even more kids who have been stuck in their homes over for a playdate! And not just any ‘ole playdate. A #DisneyKids Preschool Playdate!
I pulled out all the stops for our playdate. From Mickey Nuggets…
…to Mickey cupcakes!
I threw some pixie dust in the air and Disnified our house!
The boys were so anxious for our playdate to start and asked us every 3 minutes when their friends would arrive. And when they did finally arrive, it was a tornado of Disney, Mickey, and snacks. Lots of snacks.
While the older boys loved putting together the Megablock Hot Wheels Dune Buggy…
…the younger boys were stretching their imagination and turned our ottoman into a Mickey Car.

And this little one? Well, she enjoyed coloring away her Minnie picture…and Sophia the First…oh and snarfing down the special Minnie Cupcake Ben insisted we have for her.
And while the kids were tearing up my house having a magical playdate, the moms (and dads) were chatting away. We chatted about Disney World and who’s planning a trip when, who has just come back from Disney themselves, and why we want to take our kids to The Happiest Place on Earth.
My husband and I have been talking about it more often. And this playdate was a kick in the pants for us to get planning. Ben has asked numerous times for us to take him to see Mickey. And Ethan? While he doesn’t want to admit, the kid would be out of his mind if we told him we were going.
