Elf on the Shelf Link Up – Week 3
This week, we have been a little lazy with our Elf. Ok, I’ll admit it, I just plain forgot most nights and my dear husband would quickly hide the Elf in the morning before Ethan ran down the steps to find him. But you want to know what? It doesn’t matter if we put him in a boring ‘ole spot or something elaborate. The kids love it! The magic is definitely alive in this house!
Let’s see what Kevin has been up to this week.
Day 14
After posting on Facebook what to do with the Elf when we headed to Gaylord National, the amazing team at Elf Outfitters helped me out. I swung by their workshop before heading to Virginia for this awesome suitcase. Kevin joined us on vacation the next morning with packed bags.
Day 15
Kevin must have known how much I was going to need coffee Sunday morning. We found him sitting on the coffee pot! Now if only elves knew how to brew a cup of coffee!
Day 16
Kevin loves to hang out in our Christmas village. We caught him checking out the Art Center.
Day 17
Good thing we barely use that lamp! We wouldn’t want Kevin to have toasted buns!
Day 18
I love these baskets in the hallway leading to the kitchen. They are perfect spots for Kevin to hand around.
Day 19
We caught Kevin laying around on the job! Being an Elf sure is hard work.
Day 20
We found Kevin hanging out with our Nativity this morning. Ben has been busy singing “Happy Birthday Baby Jesus” lately. I guess Kevin was getting into the true meaning of the season as well.
Great pictures and ideas! Thank you!
Thanks for more ideas! I’m such a slacker at fun Elf placement!
Wow, your little elf gets around. : )
I am glad you are having fun with him.
Merry Christmas.
