Eureka AirSpeed ONE Turbo Vacuum

I feel as if we go through vacuum cleaners every few years or so. They work wonders when we first get them and then they just stop. They lose their suction. They don’t pick up as much. And I end up being frustrated. I vacuum at least once a day {sometimes more thanks to a messy eater} so I need something that works. And can pick up Cheerios at the ready.

Our current vacuum was about to bite the dust so it was time to start looking for something new. I had a budget {under $100} and it had to have good suction! During a trip to Walmart, I was immediately overwhelmed. Two whole aisles of vacuum cleaners. This was going to take a while.

After looking at the various vacuum cleaners, I narrowed it down to this one: Eureka AirSpeed ONE Turbo.

What caught my eye {after the color!} was this claim.

Removes more dirt? Oh, we shall see. I tore the box open and laid all my pieces out to make sure I had everything. After looking at the directions, I knew this would be a simple assembly. After all, it was only 4 steps!

It’s such an easy assembly! Just check out the video.

After 5 minutes, my new vacuum was assembled and ready to go!

Remember that claim that it removes more dirt? Well I had just the spot to test it on: under the kitchen table! I can’t believe I am going to share this photo with you {because it’s really embarrassing} but this is what under our table looks like after a typical day.

Gross, right? I couldn’t wait to get that all up. I had just vacuumed the day before so I was interested to see what else the Eureka AirSpeed ONE Turbo picked up. {Did I mention it’s bagless?}

I don’t know what is more embarrassing: what the floor looked like before or everything that the old vacuum was apparently missing! Not only do I love how well this vacuum picks up the dirt and food but it’s super light. So light that Ethan is excited to help me vacuum. Our old vacuum was heavy and hard to push. Win win on my part!

What do you look for in a vacuum cleaner?

  1. Nice! You can’t beat a great vacuum. I won’t tell you HOW many we’ve been through in the last few years! I’m pretty sure we have not tried a Eureka yet though.

  2. Gee, that looks like my floor. I love my old Euraka. With vacuuming at least 3 times a week, it lasted for about 4 to 5 years. I wish I had known about the bagless Euraka before buying my new vacuum.

  3. Steph, I’m TOTALLY in the market for a new vacuum. This one looks great. I especially love it’s bagless– one less thing to remember to buy!
