Fantasy Football Secret Weapon: #IntelTablets
Growing up, families often discussed how many televisions they had in their house. If you had more than two growing up in your house, you were lucky! We used to laugh about having four televisions (one for everyone). It seemed like a luxury!
Fast forward to 2014. Instead of counting televisions in the house (because really, people would look at you like you had three heads if you didn’t have more two in your home) and we are counting electronic devices in the house. In particular, in this house, we are counting tablets.
It’s like they have multiplied over night. Everyone in our house is now equipped with a tablet. We got our first one way back in 2010 and since then they everyone in the family has received their very own. I am sad to admit that my poor husband was the last one to receive his tablet.
When I was asked to test out one of the new Intel Tablets, I knew who would be the one doing the testing. After all, my husband deserved it! If he wanted to use any of the other tablets in the house, he would have to wait his turn. And if you are waiting out a 6 year old playing Minecraft on a tablet, well then, you are going to be waiting a long time.
I knew the Acer Iconia One 7 would be perfect for him! With the upcoming Fantasy Football season, he wouldn’t have to sit around every Sunday with his laptop refreshing how his team was doing. He could just download the app and make all his changes from the comfort of his tablet. Sure he could use his phone but who wants to squint at the small screen?
This also means he could take it with him when he gets together with the league to watch games. Again, no squinting at his phone! Since he runs the league, he can also make league decisions and ruling without being in front of computer.
And don’t think that this will stop at football! I see he has already downloaded every other sport watching app there is. What can I say, he likes to be informed on the fly!
Now that we all have our own tablets, there will be no fighting over who’s turn it is! Or at least, it’s wishful thinking on my part!

Looks like a great tablet for sure!
