Here we are 5 days past the first day of Spring and the weather is no where near spring-like. I mean, we had snow on the first day of Spring! SNOW! As we long fo warmer days, I am starting to see some signs in our flower garden. I noticed green sprouts shooting up. Could Spring finally be coming?!
It called for a celebration. After the long winter we had, we just had to celebrate that Spring was finally starting to show itself.
One of the boys favorite snacks are pudding cups so we kicked our afternoon snack up a notch. These mixin Snack Pack pudding cups are ridiculously easy to make and the kids will have a ton of fun helping. The best part? You probably have most of the supplies in your pantry.
Flower Garden Pudding Cups
You will need:
- SUPER Snack Pack Pudding in either chocolate or vanilla (we went with chocolate!)
- crushed Oreos
- gummy worms
- edible Easter grass
- Marshmallows
Start by crushing your Oreos either with a rolling pin or in a food processor. Use the crushed Oreos to build up a base in your pudding cup.
Next, add your gummy friend to one of the corners of the cup.
Next, break off pieces of your edible Easter grass and place around the sides of the pudding cup.
Now, you are going to make your flower marshmallows! It’s super simple. You just need some kitchen shears to make cuts into your marshmallow. Finish it off by placing a large round sprinkle or candy in the center.
Your flower garden pudding cups are done! They are seriously almost too cute to eat. Almost!
