Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!
Today is Dr. Seuss’s Birthday! I love reading Dr. Seuss books to Ethan. Currently his favorite is Hand, Hand, Fingers, Thumb. He has a thing for monkeys.
On Saturday, our local library had a very special Dr. Seuss story hour. We read stories, did the Dr. Seussy (similar to the Hokey Pokey), and met the Cat in the Hat (E wasn’t too fond of him). They had a lot of great activities and crafts. Out of all the things that they had there for the kids to do, I’m going to have to say that popping bubble wrap was everyone’s favorite.
Aw! His shirt is ADORABLE. I love it!
My son and I love Dr. Seuss. Matthew's favorite book is The Foot Book and my is Oh! The Places You'll Go.

Looks like fun. Our school celebrated yesterday and an artist came in and taught them to draw Horton and the cat in the hat. My son was all over that and made a couple more pics last night. They were incredible. I should take a picture of them and post them.
