There are so many amazing things you can do with canned biscuit dough, like Monkey Bread and Donuts. But these Herbed Cheese Puffs are probably my absolute favorite.

Not only are these cheese puffs a good appetizer, they are even better as a topping for your favorite soup! Cut them into smaller bites so that they sit nicely on top of your soup!

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet.

In a medium bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, basil, oregano, and garlic.

Cut each unbaked biscuit vertically into 3 pieces. Spread 1 tablespoon cheese mixture on each piece. Roll biscuit dough.

Arrange pieces in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Serve warm!

Can you make Herbed Cheese Puffs ahead of time?

These puffs can be made a day or two ahead of time and kept in an airtight container at room temperature. If they feel soggy when you take them out, pop them into a 400ºF oven for a couple of minutes until they crisp up again.
