Why You Need Hersheypark Season Passes

Hersheypark Season Passes are a must-have this year for us! With many benefits and perks, these passes pay for themselves.

THIS POST IS SPONSORED BY HERSHEY ENTERTAINMENT  & RESORTS AS PART OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE HERSHEY’S SWEETEST MOMS AMBASSADOR PROGRAM.  ALL OPINIONS ARE 100% OUR OWN.

Last year was the first year we had Hersheypark Season Passes. And boy did we put them to good use! When you have season passes, you can just can just get up and decide to head to the park for a few hours or plan an entire weekend getaway.

There are many perks for being a season pass holder. I am sharing my favorites below!

Why You Need Hersheypark Season Passes

Free parking. This may not seem like a big deal but it’s a huge deal! Not only do you get free parking each and every time you visit the parks but you get VIP parking close to the front entrance. On busy days, this is key! View the parking map to see where Season Pass Holders park.

1-Hour Early Access. With Hersheypark Sweet Start, you can start your day before the gates officially open with up to one hour early admittance on select rides in Founder’s Way, The Hollow, and Kissing Tower Hill. Available for select day May-September, 2018. Let me tell you, that hour is key! The kids can get in their must-rides without waiting in too long of a line. Get them done first and then you can do even more and not have to wait about long lines.

Sweet discounts. Here’s where the little perks add up! You get the following discounts with your season passes:

  • 15% off food & merchandise
  • Season Pass Value Book

Unlimited access. There are no limitations to your season passes. You can visit the parks whenever you want including during Springtime in the Park, the entire summer season, Hersheypark in the Dark, and Hersheypark Christmas Candylane. We really took advantage of this! We had planned trips and unplanned trips throughout the year. When we found ourselves with a free day, we would hop in the car and spend a few hours at the park!

Season Pass Holder Drink Plan.  Quench your thirst with an insulated 2018 Season Pass Holder souvenir cup for $27.99 (plus tax). Save with FREE refills on fountain drinks and ICEE® all year long! This was key for us during our visits. Buying drinks throughout the day definitely adds up! We bought two cups and it was the best money we spent!

Season Pass Holder Summer Dining Plan. Feed your hunger all summer long with an entree and a side at select locations throughout Hersheypark for $100 (plus tax)! We did not take advantage of this perk last year but we are considering it for this year.

More perks. With your season pass, you will also receive invitations to exclusive Season Pass Holder events, unlimited year-round visits to ZooAmerica, and exclusive monthly emails!

Ready to grab your Hersheypark Season pass? Purchase an All Season Pass for $170 (3 payments of less than $57). Passes are valid on visits from January 1 – December 31, 2018.
