On the Rocks | International Delight #IcedCoffee
Some of the best times when visiting family is sitting around the kitchen table and talking over coffee. It’s usually the same old decaf with cream and sugar. But this time? This time I decided to shake things up a bit. I busted out some iced coffee. International Delight Iced Coffee to be exact.
When I first heard about the new International Delight iced coffee, I thought it was just like all the other available iced coffees out there. You know, the powder instant ones that you mix and pour over ice. You know, the ones that never taste just right. If you have the same problem with instant iced coffees like I do, then these are your go-to’s! You can find the Iced Coffees in your grocery store’s or discount store’s refrigerated section {with the milk and creamers}. You can view more of my shopping trip trying to find iced coffee over on Google+.
My family was all ready to try out our new drinks but they were a bit skeptical. They really love their hot coffee! One sip is all it took. We were all fell for it, hook, line and sinker!
My brother-in-law thought the Mocha flavored tasted just like chocolate milk {with a little coffee kick!}.
My sister is a classic and, of course, gravitated towards the Original flavor.
And me? Well, I really thought that I would love the Mocha the best but Vanilla stole my heart. It was so smooth and creamy.
Here’s the kicker. My parents are not coffee drinkers. Like never. At all. My father picked up a glass, took a sip, and proclaimed, “Wow, this is pretty good. I’d drink it again!” And my mom? Well let’s just say mom was only going to take a sip and she ended up with an empty glass.
International Delight #IcedCoffee comes in three flavors: Original, Vanilla, and Mocha! Make sure to check them out on Facebook and follow them on Twitter!
