I suppose I could write that I want world peace and a million dollars but let’s be realistic. Everyone wants world peace and a million dollars. And, sadly, it’s not gonna happen. Instead, I’m being slightly realistic.
Here it is, my 2011 Grown Up Christmas List {in no particular order}.
1. Nikon 28-70mm f/2.8 – Swoon. I rented this bad boy over the summer to shoot a wedding and I feel in love. I didn’t want to send it back. But I think BorrowLenses would miss a $2k lens. Dontcha think?
2. Nikon 28-70mm Thermos – If I can’t have the real thing, I might as well get a mug for all the coffee I drink!
3. iPAd case with Keyboard – I said “buh-bye” to the laptop a few months ago when the husbter surprised me with a new computer. Only downside: it’s a desktop. I miss being able to write in bed but pecking it out on the iPad is a little cumbersome. This baby would solve my problems.
4. Riding Boots – I have been eyeing up some riding boots ever since the weather got a little cooler. I just haven’t found the right pair.
5. A new couch – This is actually the one thing I know we are getting this year. The hubster and I agreed that we are not getting each anything and finally buying a new couch for the living room. We have been wanting to get a new for almost 2 years now. I think it’s about time, don’t you?
What’s on your list this year?
Ummm can I just have the camera that needs that lens??
love this! That Nikon coffee thermos is amazing! And I love ipad keyboard.
