Tips for making No Bake Energy Bites:
No Bake Energy Bites
- 1 cup dry oats I like 1/2 old fashioned oatmeal and 1/2 quick cooking
- 1/4 cup O Organics Smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup O Organics honey
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon O Organics pure vanilla extract
Combine all 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes so they are easier to roll. Roll into 12 bites and store in the fridge for up to a week.
