Last week, I broke the news that I was joining the #NSNation! This past week, I have on their Fast 5+ program which is a kick start to your weight loss. I’m not gonna lie. It was tough at first but as the week went on, everything started to get better!
Let’s take a look at what I was eating all last week. Let’s review the Fast 5+ Program.
But what did that really look like? Here is what a sample day for me looked like. I would start the morning off with a breakfast item, like the Blueberry Muffin.
In between breakfast and lunch, I would have the EnergiZING™shake. The shakes are the best when you add ice! One of my favorite lunches is the Tortellini! I would eat that with side salad. Remember, you have to get your servings of veggies in!
Again, in between lunch and dinner, you have another shake, Craving Crusher™. By dinner time, I found I was pretty hungry so I needed to figure out a way to bulk up my meals. With the Rotini and Meatballs, I added sauteed veggies like zucchini, squash, and spaghetti squash. This really helped me feel full afterwards!
The most important part of the Fast 5+ is making sure you drink all of your water! I definitely notice a difference on the days I don’t drink enough.
So I know by now, you are probably wondering, how I did! Did I lose at least 5 pounds this first week?
Yes, 7 pounds is something to get excited over, but I know this will not happen every week. Just trying to think realistic here people! I will be updating my before and after as soon I hit a significiant number. I’m thinking maybe 15 pounds!
