“Should you be eating that?” is a common question heard from many pregnant women. I would like to say back “Would I be eating that if I shouldn’t be?”. #1 – Unless you are a medical professional, I don’t need you to tell me what I should or should not be eating. #2 – Unless I am chugging a bottle of poison or eating a dead carcass, butt out. Pregnant women can pretty much eat and drink anything in moderation. Even coffee. So don’t give the evil eye the next time you see my ordering my Marble Mocha Macchiato. Also, if you see me enjoying a diet coke or a whole bag chips, leave me alone. Don’t imply I am a bad mother from one item you notice me ingesting.
Besides, would you deny a pregnant woman food?
