stream of consciousness

I am 29.

Only 364 days until my 30th birthday {shutter}. I am having a hard time with 29, God only knows how I will handle turning 30. I just can not possibly be almost 30. Where did my 20’s go?

I feel like I just graduated college.

I feel like I just got engaged.

I feel like I just got married.

I feel like I just had E.

And now, in just 3 months time {eek!}, I will have not one, but two children.

They say time flies when you are having fun. I wish it would slow down just a bit.

This was my 5 minute Stream of Consciousness Sunday post. It’s five minutes of your time and a brain dump.

  9. I agree w/ SAHB about the 2nd child time warp! It's been like *zoom*!

What bothers me most about getting older, though, is the fact that my sisters are aging far less rapidly. If you were to try to guess who was the eldest, you'd probably guess it's me. But it's not. Stinkin' genetics…

  10. I was 28 after my 2nd baby was born, and I do remember time seemed to speed up. Overall though, I really did enjoy my 30's as well as my late 20s. Now, I will be 45 this year! Yikes! Talk about time warp!

  11. Happy birthday! 🙂 FOr me, 29 was rough and 30 was pretty easy. I'm one who has always been an emotional wreck at my birthday time, though, on total overload, so I can only imagine how things are for you! Enjoy it! Live in the moment!
