Stress Less This Holiday Season

The Christmas rush happens when you are so busy creating shopping lists, organizing Christmas dinner, and preparing Christmas cards, in addition to your normal busy schedule, that time slips by too quickly. You are soon left with one week left before Christmas, and your list of things to do is nowhere near complete. Not to mention the fact that you don’t have time to enjoy what the season is really about!
You can avoid the Christmas rush and reap its benefits with some simple tips.
Plan Ahead. Start planning your Christmas as early as possible. Start with having the kids make wish lists. If you are an Elf on the Shelf family, plan out where he’s going to hide all season long (or use my Elf on the Shelf Calendar to help you!). Hosting Christmas dinner? Plan your menu and compile your guest list. Dress the kids nicely and take your family photo for your Christmas card! Now’s the time to do it before it gets too cold out.
By taking the time to sit down and plan everything out, you will already be ahead of the game!
Shop Early. This is something I wish I could do more of! I do grab things as I see them (especially those toys that will be hard to find once the real shopping season hits!). You’ll avoid the Christmas crowds and help to reduce stress as you get everything you need. You’ll also be in a better position to shop around for bargains as well.
Take care of yourself! I have a little secret weapon when it comes to stressing less this holiday season, Products. Rescue Products are a natural, accessible suite of products that help put you at ease and allow you to live stress-free!
When you are out running around doing your Christmas shopping, make sure you keep Rescue Pastilles in your purse! Pastilles are a delicious way to keep stress at bay! Soothing, calming, and relaxing, each pastille has one dose of Rescue’s natural stress relieving mixture, and the handy, pop top tin is perfect to grab and go!
Or go to the original Spray! Just two quick sprays in your mouth (best to do it under your tongue) are all you need to feel the calming effects. And who couldn’t use a little calmness during the holidays?
Having a hard time falling asleep after a day of marathon shopping? Enter Rescue Plus Sleep Gummies! Each gummy has 2.5 mg of melatonin helping you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and wake up refreshed!
Rescue Remedy can be found at Whole Foods, Sprouts, Fresh Thyme, GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Vitamin Cottage, and .
Taking the time to plan and anticipate the season of Christmas before it arrives will allow you more time to spend with family and friends, viewing Christmas lights, and maybe even taking the children to see Santa Clause at the Mall. Why waste your time rushing to buy gifts and being stressed out, when you can relax and enjoy this special season and all it has to offer?
