two months old | your three words
Oh Benny. They sure weren’t kidding when they said that things would go a lot faster with #2. It honestly feels like we just brought you home from the NICU. But at the same time, it feels like you have been a part of our little family forever. You are the perfect new addition to our clan.
You have changed so much in this past month.
We are seeing the beginnings of wrist rolls…
…and double triple chins.
You greet us with the biggest little smile.
And you love your big brother more than words can describe. Whenever he comes over to give you yet another kiss, your little face just lights up.
Believe it or not, you are scooting. You nearly made your great-Granny fall off her chair when she saw you get up on your forearms and plunge forever. But slow down, little boy, mommy is not ready for that just yet.
You are also awake more which gives us more time to play and talk. You have found the bears on the mobile of your pack and play and you like to have a nice little chat with them. I could just stand there and listen to you talk to them all day.
You also have a temper {I wonder where you got that from}. You hate your carseat. And you let everyone within ear shot know it. We have our fingers crossed that this too shall pass but I’m not holding my breath.
You started sleeping through the night {6-8 hours!} while we were on vacation. Mommy thanks you for that!
It is unbelievably amazing just how much has changed in such a short amount of time. So let’s see just how much you have grown in the past month!

Adorable! I miss our girls being little like that. I don't want to have more but I'd give my left (two lug nuts) arm to go back there for a day. Notice, I said day…not night 🙂

Wow, I think you have the cutest 2 month old. No baby acme or cradle cap just the cutest little boy. I am so done having babies, lucky to have two sweet girls, but seeing those pictures makes me miss that age!
