Valentine’s Day Easy Marshmallow Pops
Who isn’t looking for cute Valentine’s Day ideas? I have seen a lot of great ideas floating around Pinterest but I don’t have a lot of extra time to make some of these elaborate crafts and recipes. That’s why I stick to simple! Easy Marshmallow Pops are about the simpliest Valentine’s Day Treat you could make. And they happen to be pretty yummy, too.
While I do love me some cake and cookie pops, they take a lot of time to get just right. And extra time is precious around these parts.
So marshmallow pops it is!
Valentine’s Day Easy Marshmallow Pops
These Easy Marshmallow Pops only took about fifteen minutes to make from start to finish! All you will need are marshmallows, milk chocolate melting wafers, sprinkles, and pop sticks (you can also use paper straws if you have them on hand).
1. Melt the chocolate wafters according to the directions on the package. While you are waiting for the chocolate to melt, place the marshmallows onto the pop sticks. Be careful not to push all the way through! You don’t want the end of the stick to poke out.
2. Next, dip the top part of the marshmallow into the melted chocolate. You can coat the marshmallow with as little or as much chocolate as you wish. Shake off the excess chocolate.
3. Roll your marshmallows into your sprinkles. I placed mine on small plate to help get an even coating.
4. Place in a cake pop stand or drying rack to dry. It will only take a few minutes for the chocolate to set.
These are so easy that the kids can totally help you make them for Valentine’s Day and will be proud to hand them out to their friends.

These are so cute! How did you get the marshmallows to stay on the sticks though? I tried something similar and my marshmallows kept falling off of the sticks!
I didn’t have issues with them sticking but you could always dip the end in the chocolate and then put the marshmallow on! Just let it dry!
