This past weekend, we the hubster climbed into the attic and drug out all the Christmas decorations. E was beyond excited. We really went all out with the Yule Log playing, Christmas music and Santa hats.

E was a great helper decorating the tree. His favorite ornaments by far are the Santa snow globe and the cookie ornament he made last year at school. He points them out every single day.

E’s other job this year was to make it snow on the Christmas village. And let me tell you, he took his job seriously.

Now that the decorations are up, I don’t want to take them down. Like ever. There’s something about all the holiday decor that makes the house feel cozier. The hubster will want to take them down the day after Christmas. I like to wait until at least after New Year’s.

I wonder who will win this year?
