your three words

That term fits me to a T! Although, on certain days, I often wonder if I am fully certifiable.

The term half-insane working mom, and many more just like it, are presented in “Just Let Me Lie Down: Necessary Terms for the Half-Insane Working Mom.” I can not even begin to tell you how much I loved this book! I have been feeling so overwhelmed lately and this book was absolutely the best thing I need to read right now. I even read it in 3 days, which is a record for me. (It was also book #14 on my 50 in 2010 list!).

There were many, many, many terms that I could relate 110% to in this book. And it was great to know that there is at least one other woman out there who understands me. I found myself nodding my head and saying “Amen, sister” to much of the book. And did I mention it’s funny?

I also really loved the dictionary style to the book. Instead of chapters, the terms are presented in alphabetical order like you would find in a dictionary.
